Summary
The VP of Knowledge, Learning/Certification & Community (TKLC) is responsible for leading Temenos’ Knowledge, Learning, Certification and Community ecosystem as a unified strategic capability. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer inside Temenos’ 1CX (Customer Experience) Services department, the role combines enterprise knowledge architecture, AI-enabled platforms, and learning and community capabilities into a single integrated function.
This role delivers the technical and organisational backbone underpinning Temenos’ AI Services Knowledge direction and TKLC strategy and execution, built on a governed enterprise services Knowledge Graph and domains, directly supporting the corporate Knowledge Graph initiatives.

Organisational Model & Leadership Scope
The VP TKLC leads two integrated areas:
Head of Knowledge, AI & Platforms – owns services related knowledge graph, AI platform. This function owns the centralized, dedicated AI Expert Services team, which acts as a service provider to all other Services functions.
Head of TLC – owns learning, certification, and community domain expertise as well as the TLC business.
Key Responsibilities
Working directly with the Temenos wide Knowledge Graph team, own the specific services knowledge graph architecture across all services domains, influencing key decisions around ontology, technology selection, and execution of related capabilities.
Build AI capability layer including search, recommendations and enrichment.
Build centralised AI expert services capability organization within the Services Department as a Center of AI Excellence as well as disseminating AI skills throughout related 1CX (Customer Experience) teams
Enable AI-driven delivery and knowledge reuse, including knowledge capture across the 1CX functional areas, particularly the Consulting Organization.
Manage the Temenos Learning Community (TLC) business line through a direct reporting leader of the TLC business which includes learning, exams, certification and community.
Own AI governance, data quality and knowledge lifecycle across the Services department
Key Deliverables (6–18 Months)
AI ontology and technology selections aligning with corporate
Services Knowledge Graph MVP across Services domains
Drive AI execution of best in class features for TLC based on Head of TLC domain expertise and business direction
Increase year over year TLC business revenue.
Support AI use cases from GDC with aim to reduce total cost of project implementations
Experience & Profile
Deep experience in enterprise AI or data platforms development and execution
Deep execution experience in knowledge graphs and AI/ML systems
Financial mastery over business P&L/accounting principles
