Position Summary:
Coordinates and supports the business and operational activities of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare virtual programs in alignment with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Director of Virtual Outpatient Services. Maintains systems based on best practices, quality standards, and accountability for tracking business priorities. Supports coordination among Meadows departments, including Admission-Intake, other Meadow’s treatment programs, Compliance, Patient Finance, Utilization Review, and Business Development.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintains workflows and tools for tracking department and business priorities based on the forecasted budget, department goals, objectives, and organizational policies and procedures consistent with the company’s mission.
Collects, organizes, and reports data used to support performance improvement planning. Provides business performance reports as requested by administration and regulatory entities.
Notifies the Director of Virtual Outpatient Services of issues or events that may adversely affect the operation or effective performance of assigned areas.
In conjunction with the Director of Virtual Outpatient Services and the Compliance department, supports department workflows and processes that follow company and department policy and state and Joint Commission regulations.
Coordinates all administrative activities, including scheduling of all treatment services.
Coordinates with Meadows departments as needed to assist with the patient journey from intake-admission through discharge.
Coordinates and monitors virtual random and prescribed drug screens for patients.
Assists clinicians with coordinating referrals for adjunctive health and continuing care services.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred
3 year's experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
