What You'll Do

As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments.

Connect With Clients Virtually

• Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
• Provide a professional, personalized client experience

Educate & Guide Members

• Explain available supplemental benefits and coverage options
• Present information clearly and accurately
• Answer client questions and provide solutions based on their needs
• Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
• Help clients make informed decisions about available protection options

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication
• Develop lasting relationships with members and their families

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting licensed insurance activities
