Virtual Assistant – Video Editor & Operations

Qualifications:

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.

• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) and a keen eye for engaging visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational, systemization, and administrative skills to handle back-end tasks.
• A reliable, self-starting professional with a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their work.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and seamlessly jump between creative and technical/operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Edit, cut, and produce high-quality video content aligned with our brand standards.
• Assist with internal business operations, workflow management, and organizing daily tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
• Effectively balance creative editing deadlines with administrative and operational needs.
