About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands that today's best-performing ads are built on insights—not guesswork.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, consumer psychology, creative strategy, and e-commerce. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts that drive customer acquisition and revenue across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, and other paid media channels.

Working closely with our paid media buyers, designers, video editors, creators, and brand teams, you will transform performance insights into compelling ad creatives that convert.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury, or premium consumer brands through paid social advertising and understands what separates a beautiful ad from a profitable one.


What You'll Accomplish

As our Performance Creative Strategist, you'll own the creative strategy behind our paid media campaigns, including:

Performance Creative Strategy

  • Develop creative strategies designed specifically to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and increase conversion.
  • Build creative concepts based on audience insights, competitor analysis, and platform trends.
  • Translate marketing objectives into scalable creative frameworks.
  • Partner closely with media buyers to identify creative opportunities from campaign performance.
  • Build creative testing roadmaps that continuously improve campaign efficiency.


Consumer & Audience Research

Become the expert on the customer.

You'll identify:

  • Customer pain points
  • Purchase motivations
  • Emotional triggers
  • Objections preventing purchase
  • Purchase occasions
  • Customer personas
  • Consumer language and messaging

Translate these insights into creative angles that resonate with different audience segments.


Creative Angle Development

  • Proven success creating performance-driven creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journey.
  • Experience partnering with paid media teams to optimize creative performance.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative recommendations.
  • Excellent creative briefing and communication skills.
