Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.

  • Language Mastery: C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless communication with US stakeholders.

  • Regional Expertise: Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential.

  • Industry Knowledge: While we are open to all VA backgrounds, additional experience in Medical, Legal, or Real Estate industries is highly valued.

  • Technical Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
