HIRING: REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. If you have prior experience in the real estate industry and can effectively manage administrative, transaction coordination, and client support tasks in a fast-paced environment - this role is for you!



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing while ensuring all deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met

  • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other stakeholders

  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, closings, meetings, and client appointments

  • Organize and maintain transaction files, contracts, disclosures, and digital records

  • Handle high-volume email correspondence and calendar management for real estate professionals

  • Assist with lead generation activities, CRM/database management, and client follow-ups

  • Prepare and maintain reports to track transaction progress, pipeline status, and business performance

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation throughout the transaction process

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and team members as needed



Qualifications




  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and industry terminology

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms is an advantage

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace



Compensation




  • $4 - $5/hour
