In this role, you will:

• VIP Line & Limit Management: Oversee regional VIP betting activities, tailoring limits, lines, and available markets to align with individual VIP client requests and gaming profiles.

• Manual Bet Acceptance: Organize and control the manual acceptance of ultra-large VIP stakes; take full accountability for processing paper-based/off-book manual bets and related operations.

• Operational Alignment: Directly collaborate with regional teams and VIP hosts on limits, line adjustments, bet approvals, and communicating limit reductions or rejections.

• Operational Guidelines & Training: Develop, update, and audit manual bet acceptance procedures; deliver regular training and consulting to agents while monitoring strict compliance.

• Process Controls: Enforce manual accounting procedures with a clear segregation of duties between bet placement and settlement.

• Process Optimization: Identify vulnerabilities and bottlenecks in limit settings, line exposure, and acceptance workflows, initiating cross-functional fixes.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Trading & Risk Management: In-depth knowledge of sportsbook pricing, line reading, stake-factor controls, and calculating exposure and risk across the book.

• Profiling & Pattern Detection: Hands-on experience detecting sharp play, arbitrage, and multi-accounting; strong skills in pulling and analyzing player bet histories.

• Math & Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of probability theory and variance to defend risk decisions before regional leadership.

• Experience writing and auditing manual bet acceptance workflows; solid grasp of manual accounting with separated acceptance and settlement functions.

• Tools & Communication: Proficiency in trading and risk management platforms; tactful communication skills to deliver difficult messaging (e.g., limit refusals) in sync with VIP hosts.
