What you will do:

• Communicate with VIP clients across messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls

• Analyze client accounts and create an individual activation plan for each client

• Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation

• Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients

• Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals

• Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience

• Collaborate closely with the team: escalate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress

What we expect:

• Languages: Ukrainian + Portuguese, both languages at a fluent level, with confident communication both verbally and in writing

• Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management will be a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills: conflicts, significant losses, demanding clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute, comfortable handling 5-10 chats simultaneously
