Video Editor & Production Assistant

And we’re looking for a Video Editor & Production Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contractor Coordination: Identify, contact, and schedule qualified videographers for specific shoots based on their skill sets.

• Cloud Media Management: Administer the Shade platform by organizing media files, maintaining file-naming conventions, and reviewing footage to flag bad/unnecessary video for the client to delete (to save on storage costs).

• Video Editing: Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro and handle 4K/6K footage via cloud-based workflows.

• AI Video Production: Research the best AI video-making tools and use them to pump out videos on demand.

• Workflow Organization: Coordinate overall video-editing workflows and assist with general tasks using the client's Claude and ChatGPT accounts.

Required Tools

• A Mac with an M2 processor (preferred) OR an equivalent high-spec PC rig (lots of RAM and terabytes of storage, such as a gaming computer) capable of smoothly handling 4K and 6K video footage.

• Adobe Premiere Pro (client is willing to train)

• Shade cloud platform (client is willing to train)

Qualifications:

• High-performance hardware: Must have a Mac with an M2 processor or an equivalent high-spec PC rig capable of handling 4K/6K video smoothly.

• Video-editing experience: Video-editing experience is required, the client is willing to provide five training sessions on specific Adobe Premiere Pro and Shade workflows.

• High English proficiency: Needs strong speaking and reading/comprehension skills to clearly communicate with videographers/contractors and understand detailed technical manuals and training recordings.

• Tech-savviness: Must be comfortable navigating cloud-based media platforms and capable of researching and using AI video-making tools on demand.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) | 40 hours per week, Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱50K/month
