As our Video Editor, you'll sit at the heart of the Growth team, turning raw footage, UGC, and briefs into polished, performance-led content that converts - primarily across Meta. You'll operate at speed and scale, iterating fast, testing relentlessly, and building a content machine that keeps Wuffes front and centre in the feeds of dog owners everywhere.

๐Ÿ“’ Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent weekly output of edited video ads against briefs set by your paired Creative Strategist, meeting fast turnaround deadlines without sacrificing quality or brand coherency

  • Produce 30โ€“120 second performance-driven video ads, with multiple creative variations for testing, learning, and iteration across Meta and other paid channels that meet performance benchmarks

  • Actively integrate AI tools (Sora 2, Kling, etc.) into the editing workflow to generate motion assets and accelerate production, reducing asset turnaround time by a measurable margin within the first 90 days

  • Maintain a clean, organised content pipeline, from raw file ingestion through to final export and asset tagging, ensuring the pod operates without bottlenecks

  • Continuously iterate editing styles and formats based on performance data fed back by the Creative Strategist, adapting quickly when new winning hooks or formats emerge

  • Execute across multiple creative types for performance (UGC, AI, high production) with strong shot selection instincts when working across large asset libraries, making ads that don't just look good, but genuinely perform and drive measurable impact

  • 3+ years editing high-performing video ads for DTC brands (in-house or agency), with a portfolio of paid social creative that proves you know what converts - not just what looks good

  • Deep Meta fluency: you instinctively understand hooks, pacing, format specs, and direct response principles, and can transform a strategic brief into a compelling edit with minimal back-and-forth

  • Speed and volume: you've managed a high-throughput creative pipeline, deliver fast without getting precious about process, and keep files, exports, and a large RAW library organised without being chased

  • Premiere Pro and/or CapCut proficiency, with a sharp eye for pacing, visual quality, caption accuracy, and platform format requirements across every edit

  • Hands-on AI integration: you've actively used AI video and motion tools (Kling, Sora, or equivalent) to generate assets or streamline your workflow โ€” not just awareness, but proven, practical use

  • A collaborative, data-driven mindset: you work closely with Creative Strategists, take feedback well, and push to improve your work through testing and learning rather than ego
