What You Will Own

Your daily mission is to turn skepticism into revenue through relentless creative execution:

• Architect High-Converting Assets: Write compelling long-form advertorials and sales copy for D2C health, beauty, and supplement brands (e.g., anti-aging skincare, joint wellness, cognitive drinks). Your target is a mature (45+), hyper-skeptical audience—you are the one who finally wins their trust.
• Mine Consumer Insights: Hunt for winning creative angles by dissecting Amazon reviews, Reddit threads, customer support tickets, and performance metrics to weaponize raw buying motives into hooks.
• Command AI Pipelines: Utilize advanced internal AI engines to generate rapid-fire structural drafts, then inject your human instincts to polish the copy into an output indistinguishable from human genius.
• Decode the Math: Own your performance metrics. If a landing page stalls or a CTR dips, you instantly diagnose whether the hook, lead, or angle is bleeding cash and ship a fresh variant within 24 hours.
• Optimize for Velocity: Maintain an aggressive testing velocity, balancing speed with strategic precision to understand where perfectionism wastes capital and where it multiplies returns.

Who You Are

We want an autonomous, framework-driven digital strategist who despises micromanagement, treats deadlines as absolute, and possesses an unquenchable urge to study winning ads.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years driving real revenue with direct-response copywriting (agency or high-volume freelance background).
• Language Requirements: Flawless, native-level German (C2) with a strong command of modern English.
• The Toolkit: You naturally think in frameworks like PAS (Problem-Agitation-Solution). You have total mastery over hook mechanics, unique mechanisms, social proof stacking, airtight objection handling, and psychological calls-to-action.
• Tech-Fluidity: You embrace AI as an administrative superpower to automate grunt work while acting as the ultimate creative editor.

Nice-to-Haves:

• A proven track record writing native ads and advertorials (Taboola, Outbrain).
• Deep category experience in beauty, biohacking, or premium supplements.

Compensation & Financial Framework

• Base Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 gross p.a. (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Paid Time Off: 25 days of paid vacation per year.
• Work Model: 100% location-independent setup within Germany. Fully remote arrangements outside of Germany cannot be accommodated.
