We are hunting for a high-caliber Performance Copywriter & Marketing Generalist who knows how to tear down consumer resistance, write words that print money, and leverage data to optimize campaigns in real time. The Mission & Mandate

You won't just be typing words; you will be managing the psychological architecture of our ads:

• Author High-Yield Assets: Draft mesmerizing advertorials and long-form sales copy for D2C wellness, skincare, and nutrition brands (think joint supplements, anti-aging solutions, and functional drinks). Your target audience is 45+, highly critical, and has been let down by other brands—your pen must earn their trust and close the deal.
• Deconstruct Buying Motives: Mine golden insights by auditing customer feedback, Reddit threads, support tickets, and raw ad data. You extract the true, deep-seated emotional pain points and forge them into unmissable hooks.
• Co-Pilot with AI Pipelines: Utilize our proprietary AI drafting engines to handle the heavy lifting of structural layouts, then apply your elite human editing skills to refine the copy. The final piece must read flawlessly (lazy, unpolished AI outputs are strictly banned).
• Decode the Creative Math: Read and react to your own metrics. If an advertorial's CTR drops, you instantly diagnose whether the hook, lead, or angle is missing the mark, and deploy a fresh iteration within 24 hours.
• Velocity Over Perfectionism: We test at an aggressive pace. You know how to strike the perfect balance between high volume and sharp execution, understanding that misplaced perfectionism bleeds capital, but strategic polish scales ROAS.

Your DNA

We want a radically autonomous digital strategist who hates being micromanaged, treats deadlines as sacred, and possesses a genuine hunger to dissect why winning ads succeed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of professional direct-response copywriting experience under your belt (either in a fast-paced agency or high-volume freelancing).
• Language Requirements: German at a true native/C2 level is mandatory; fluency in English is required to collaborate with our team.
• The Mechanics: Complete mastery over direct-response frameworks (Hooks, PAS, Unique Mechanisms, Social Proof, Countering Objections, and high-intent CTAs). You intuitively understand how copy flows within ad formats.
• Tech Fluidity: You look at AI as a creative amplifier to automate repetitive tasks, not a replacement for your own copy instinct.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior success writing advertorials and native campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain).
• Direct experience in the health, beauty, or biohacking niches.

Compensation & Financial Framework

We offer a competitive compensation structure paired with premium rewards that match your expert creative skill set:

• Base Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 gross p.a. (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Paid Time Off: 25 days of paid vacation per year.
• Work Model: 100% location-independent setup within Germany. Fully remote arrangements outside of Germany cannot be accommodated.
