ABOUT THE ROLE

The Vice President, Sales – Enterprise will build and lead a high growth software sales team responsible selling Tungsten Automation's Intelligent Automation software platform, which is unique in the marketplace. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and Manage the Enterprise sales team
  • Be a strategic and operational leader
  • Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
  • Hire, Inspect, Coach, Develop, Mentor, and Drive successful sales executives
  • Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
  • Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
  • Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
  • Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
  • Represent the Tungsten Automation brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas
  • Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
