The Vice President and GM, Clinical Asset Management is responsible to lead the strategic vision, innovation, and operational execution for the CAM organization, including Clinical Asset Management and Mobile CAM Services (including Mobile Medical Equipment, GeoSense and RentalWatch programs). This leadership role translates enterprise strategy into scalable solutions that drive growth, performance, and customer value. It partners across executive and functional leadership to enhance customer retention, expand service offerings, and continuously improve financial and operational outcomes. With full P&L accountability, the leader oversees service delivery, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives operational excellence across a diverse portfolio. Additionally, the role builds and develops high-performing teams, fosters a culture of innovation and accountability, and strengthens key customer relationships to position TRIMEDX as a trusted healthcare partner.
Location: Eastern or Central Time Zone; with close proximity to a major airport. Our Central Office is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Position requires national travel to meetings & client hospital sites.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development, Change Management, Innovation and Growth for Clinical Asset Management organization (CAM)
• Lead the development, launch and scaling of new CAM solutions, including Clinical Asset Management, Mobile Medical Equipment, GeoSense and RentalWatch programs. Oversee proof of concept and execute the strategic development for overall CAM business prosperity and growth to ensure TRIMEDX is the most trusted partner in healthcare for area of responsibility.
• Translate strategy into Scalable operational solutions and service offerings that support CAM enterprise growth. Frame and advance the TRIMEDX Clinical Asset Management value proposition, including solution features, benefits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work effectively with TRIMEDX executives, Customer Experience, Business Development, and other functional leaders to drive customer growth, retention and satisfaction, business innovation, service delivery strategies; manages revenue growth, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
• Recognize problems as opportunities for creativity, innovation, and change; takes calculated risk and encourages others to challenge assumptions to seek alternative solutions.
• Champion and lead corporate-wide strategic initiatives for adoption within area of responsibility.
• Lead operating review meetings and other recurring meetings with peers to communicate strategy and initiatives, drive adoption and change and monitor growth and operation performance.
Customer Account Management
• Set high standards and accountabilities for all Clinical Asset Management platforms, including CAM, MME, GeoSense and RentalWatch teams, to deliver customer satisfaction including developing and overseeing strategies for Customer retention and cost savings reduction opportunities.
• Provide guidance to direct reports for customer engagement including business reviews with customers to ensure program understanding, customer satisfaction, strategic partnering, innovation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop key customer relationships and coach leaders to develop and nurture existing customer account management strategies to assure customer loyalty.
• Work closely with leadership and functional leadership to develop strategies for high performance, customer retention, growth, and solution adoption.
Operational Leadership
• Oversee all service operations with full accountability for platform-level performance of CAM, MME, GeoSense and RentalWatch solutions for achieving service, financial, regulatory compliance, associate engagement and retention and organizational development goals to ensure service excellence.
• Own full P&L accountability and consistently meet or exceed financial and operational targets.
• Build high performing teams by selecting and retaining leaders and associates to deliver, lead and manage the business.
• Drive process and performance excellence through associate and leadership accountability, develop and execute management controls to assure site leaders and operational directors meet service delivery strategy objectives and generate customer satisfaction.
• Assure quality and operational excellence through ongoing performance and process improvements with preventative actions.
• Assure compliance and implementation of CAM services to drive business results including, service delivery strategy, FTE staffing and training, resource plans, and budget planning and achievement.
• Utilize financial data and other business metrics to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, generate alternatives, and commit to driving daily decisions that maximize profitability.
• Work collaboratively with teams and functions to enable best solutions for customer delivery. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
People Leadership
• Leadership: Provides clear direction to ensure collective achievement of goals and objectives. Creates an inclusive environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication.
• Associate Development: Identifies and supports development needs of direct reports and team members including connecting them to resources both internally and externally to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
• Associate Engagement: Creates high levels of associate engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers that impact engagement and develop action plans that deliver increased engagement.
• Performance Management: Sets clear goals and expectations for teams, monitors, and enables performance and intervene with appropriate action when performance gaps occur and provide timely, honest feedback. This includes associates completing assigned actions on by required deadlines.
• Travel is required based on customer or business needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 12 years’ overall experience and at least 7 years of people leadership experience with an emphasis on business unit leadership experience assuring customer retention, satisfaction, performance, and profitability of business required. Experience managing leaders of teams is required.
• Extensive experience in clinical asset management operations, clinical engineering, and/or biomedical field is required.
• High ability to utilize technology and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Proven ability to collaborate across support teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience in developing and building strong client relationships and building a customer-centric organization.
• Strategic leadership skills to execute initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive integrated objectives across the organization.
• Conflict resolution and team building skills with the ability to mentor and develop knowledge and skills.
• Continuous improvement process development skills including but not limited to lean six sigma and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
• Strong operational experience with a focus on and the ability to set clear goals that drive business success.
• Ability to anticipate issues and risk and develop plans to mitigate.
• Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated successful negotiation skills to enable success with stakeholders, vendors and customers.
• Prior experience with interacting with customers at the executive level.
• Ability to be strategic as well as hands-on when necessary is required.
