Service Partner Recruiter

Exterity | Remote

Help us build the partner network that keeps our clients moving.

Exterity is looking for a Service Partner Recruiter who knows how to find great partners, build strong relationships, and keep the details moving from first conversation through onboarding.

In this role, you’ll identify, qualify, recruit, and onboard service partners across multiple markets for services including landscape maintenance, snow removal, parking lot sweeping, and other exterior services. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and local operating companies to make sure we have the right partners in place when and where the business needs them.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is resourceful, organized, comfortable making things happen independently, and energized by building relationships.

What You’ll Do

Build our service partner network

  • Proactively identify and recruit qualified service partners across multiple markets.
  • Support new portfolio launches and replacement needs within established timelines.
  • Evaluate prospective partners against Exterity’s service, compliance, and margin requirements.
  • Build relationships with service providers that can support our operational needs today and as we grow.

Own the onboarding process

  • Guide new service partners through onboarding from initial qualification through completion.
  • Make sure required documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards.
  • Coordinate Statements of Work and amendments with internal partners.
  • Help remove roadblocks so new partners can get up and running quickly.

Keep the details organized

  • Maintain accurate, current service partner records.
  • Track recruiting and onboarding activity and provide regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Monitor progress against recruiting and onboarding goals.
  • Balance multiple markets, priorities, and deadlines without losing sight of the details.

Partner across the business

  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, local operating companies, and external service partners.
  • Solve recruiting and onboarding challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Work independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative, distributed team.
  • Remain flexible when urgent operational needs arise, including occasional after-hours needs tied to events such as snowstorms.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be successful in this role when you are consistently building a strong, dependable pipeline of service partners while keeping the onboarding experience organized and responsive.

We’ll look at things like:

  • The volume and quality of partners recruited and onboarded.
  • Speed and accuracy of onboarding.
  • Clear, responsive communication.
  • Timely reporting and follow-through.
  • Accurate, organized service partner records.
  • Your ability to respond when business needs shift quickly.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines relationship-building ability with strong execution.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • Previous recruiting experience, ideally in a vendor, contractor, or service-partner environment.
  • Knowledge of the landscape maintenance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to evaluate information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
  • Comfort using recruiting and data-management tools.
  • The ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
