About the Role

Ibtdara is looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise across VAT calculations, tax reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash-flow management, financial reconciliations, reporting, and overall financial compliance. We are looking for someone who can independently manage core accounting functions and maintain accurate, organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
  
• Handle VAT calculations, VAT records, and tax reconciliations.
  
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoices, payments, collections, and follow-ups.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  
• Manage payroll processing, employee payments, and reimbursements.
  
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, payments, and cash requirements.
  
• Prepare invoices, quotations, financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
  
• Handle tax filings, compliance requirements, and supporting documentation.
  
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper recording and classification.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with auditors when required.
  
• Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and maintain strong financial controls.
  
• Ensure all financial records and reporting are accurate, complete, and up to date
