Confirm payment status and validate transaction reference numbers.
Generate and distribute digital receipts alongside payment confirmations.
Keep precise and up-to-date logs of daily financial activities.
Cross-check payment logs against sales data and transaction reports to ensure alignment.
Detect and escalate issues such as transaction errors, failed payments, refund requests, or chargebacks.
