About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals who enjoy helping people plan meaningful getaways. As a Remote Vacation Consultant, you will work with clients to understand what they want from their vacation and help them explore options that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets.

From relaxing resort stays and cruises to family adventures, couples escapes, tours, and international vacations, you will assist with a variety of leisure experiences. Your role will involve researching possibilities, presenting options, coordinating requested services, and staying connected with clients as their plans come together.

This is a flexible remote opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working independently and enjoy customer interaction, research, and organization. Previous travel experience is not required.

Your Role

  • Consult with clients to learn about their vacation goals, interests, preferred dates, and spending range
  • Explore destinations and vacation experiences that match individual requests
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
  • Compare available choices and explain relevant features, inclusions, and booking requirements
  • Help clients select options that align with their priorities
  • Coordinate requested vacation arrangements through approved supplier resources
  • Review booking information and traveler details for completeness and accuracy
  • Organize confirmations, schedules, payment dates, and other important information
  • Maintain regular communication with clients as their vacation plans progress
  • Follow up on outstanding decisions, documentation, or required information
  • Provide assistance with routine adjustments and questions when needed
  • Maintain organized client files and accurate records
  • Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education

  • Must reside in and satisfy applicable eligibility requirements for the US, UK Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
