Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PI Case Support Specialist to help drive a seamless and supportive experience for clients navigating personal injury cases. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining communication, organizing case information, and ensuring that every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You will support attorneys by managing daily case activities and keeping workflows on track, allowing the legal team to focus on delivering strong outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accountability, and takes pride in providing dependable and empathetic support. Your work will have a meaningful impact by helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their legal journey.

• Compensation Range: $1,220 to $1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and client-centered experience
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, task completion, and case progression
  • Prepare and send monthly client communication campaigns
  • Support outreach efforts by posting content on social media platforms
  • Conduct client intake processes and accurately gather information
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to clients
  • Manage calendars, emails, and client communications efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and organized case records within internal systems
  • Assist attorneys with case-related administrative and coordination tasks
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and ongoing support throughout personal injury cases
