Job Description:
Job Duck is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support a busy Personal Injury Litigation team. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping cases moving forward by providing litigation support, coordinating case activities, preparing legal documents, and maintaining organized case files. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals in a collaborative environment where accuracy, initiative, and strong organizational skills are highly valued. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to successful case outcomes. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal assistant, litigation assistant, or in a similar legal support role
• Foundational knowledge of personal injury litigation, including discovery, filing procedures, and trial preparation required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
• Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, courts, and third parties
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST if needed
• Expected call volume: Light (5-10 calls per day - case-related calls)

- Other: Outlook, Google Workspace
