Job Description:
Job Duck is seeking a Florida Litigation Support Assistant to support a growing litigation focused law firm serving clients across Real Estate, Business, Intellectual Property, and Class Action matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys creating structure, managing communications, and ensuring legal documents are accurate and properly filed. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting attorneys with administrative and legal support tasks that contribute directly to case progress and client satisfaction. The right candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, dependable, and comfortable working independently while taking ownership of their responsibilities. If you are proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive in a process-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a legal team.
• Monthly compensation range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
•Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST
• 2-3 years of experience supporting legal professionals, law firms, or litigation environments
•Experience with court filing procedures is preferred but not required
•Ability to proofread documents with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
•Comfortable performing routine administrative and legal support tasks
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
•Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
•Reliable internet connection required
Software and Tools: MyCase by LawPay, VXT, Microsoft Word, Excel, Acrobat, Florida E-Filing Portal and online court filing systems
