Lead the Growth of Benesch in Utah. Benesch is expanding in Utah and seeking an entrepreneurial transportation leader who wants more than just project delivery. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our strategy, culture, client relationships, and teams while building our long-term presence in the state.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a seller-doer who can balance technical excellence, project management, business development, and people leadership. The successful candidate will help build our Utah practice, recruit and mentor staff, grow key client relationships, and influence the direction of our expansion. Benesch is employee-owned, providing the opportunity to participate in the long-term value you help create.
