The User Community Ambassador will engage with users to coach, train, and sell Configura software solutions within a designated region. They are responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing license renewals, and acting as a brand advocate at industry events.
At Configura, User Community Ambassadors actively engage with our user community to coach, train and sell the benefits of Configura software within a designated geographic region. Serving as a trusted advisor and enthusiastic advocate, this critical role serves as a bridge between end users and the organization to ensure the highest level of customer experience is achieved.
WHO WE BELIVE YOU ARE
We believe you are an expert relationship builder and masterful user of Configura software. You combine these skillsets to improve user adoption, increase license revenue and expand the use of Configura software within your target region. To be a successful User Community Ambassador you will bring a strong customer focus, creative sales mindset and design knowledge to engage with the community on behalf of Configura.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Consultive sales activities with office furniture dealerships, software users, A&D firms and universities within your designated region.
Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building activities.
Execute contracts and license renewal activities as well as negotiate sales with new customers.
Participate in tradeshows and events to build and maintain relationships and act as a champion of Configura’s spirit, culture and messaging.
Leverage a variety of software tools including CRM to track sales activities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
CET Power User- You have three or more years of experience with advanced knowledge and passion for the software.
Industry Expert- You have extensive experience and a deep understanding of the Commercial Interiors industry.
Networking Superstar- You possess established relationships and network within the local community and organizations such as IIDA, ASID, AIA, etc.
Extreme Customer Service- You’re friendly, empathetic, professional and extremely helpful while engaging with the user community.
Road Warrior- You will travel within your region each month in addition to occasional travel throughout the United States and internationally.
Goal Driven- You are motivated by exceeding expectations and the incentives that come along with achieving your goals.
Expert Communicator- You know the importance of customizing your message and approach based on the audience and are comfortable engaging with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Flexible Team Player- You understand situations and shift priorities to better serve your customers, colleagues and Configura.
