Mission
Own the full customer lifecycle by acquiring new business, onboarding customers, growing account revenue, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new business customers.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Deliver product demonstrations and commercial consultations.
Support, invent and simplify solutions for our customers through outbound calls/google meetings & emails.
Your Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build rapport with customers and develop strong, lasting relationships through meaningful conversations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards, proactively identifying and reporting issues that may impact the customer experience.
Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Experience in customer-facing, sales, account management, or support environments is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
Experience managing a portfolio of customers and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
Knowledge of Vista's corporate solution program is an advantage.
Experience conducting virtual sales presentations or product demonstrations.
