UI/UX Designer

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive web platforms, mobile app interfaces, and cohesive digital brand experiences.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The UI/UX Designer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology initiatives and external client transformation projects.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive digital experiences and interfaces mapped directly to buyer journeys, turning site visitors into actionable leads for FyerX and diverse client brands.
  

• Create complex architecture diagrams, wireframes, and pixel-perfect, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, ensuring highly organized layouts and proper grid alignments.
  

• Develop cohesive visual identities and design systems that build trust, communicate market authority, and maintain brand cohesion across web, social, and sales touchpoints.
  

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and marketing strategists to translate technical processes into seamless user interfaces, such as designing extensive UI/UX screens for custom mobile applications.
  

• Conduct user research, map out buyer questions, and continuously redesign digital journeys based on user feedback to ensure superior usability and cross-device compatibility.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of shipping complex web applications, landing pages, and digital products.
  

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma, for crafting scalable component libraries and maintaining robust design systems.
  

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web layouts, micro-interactions, typography, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  

• Strong visual design skills with the ability to translate highly technical workflows into visually approachable, easily digestible graphics without losing underlying business logic.
  

• Strategic problem-solving skills with a dedicated focus on creating reusable visual assets and ensuring consistent visual weight across all digital channels.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote engineering and marketing teams.
