UGC Content Creator & On-Camera Talent (Paid Ads)

About the Role

We are a growing virtual assistant staffing agency serving healthcare businesses in the United States.

We are looking for a confident, engaging UGC Content Creator & On-Camera Talent who will help us produce short-form video advertisements for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This is primarily an on-camera content creation role.

You will be given advertising concepts, talking points, scripts, or creative direction and will be responsible for turning them into natural, engaging videos that feel authentic rather than overly scripted or corporate.

You should be comfortable regularly appearing on camera and able to communicate clearly and confidently to a U.S. audience.

What You'll Do

On-Camera Content Creation

• Record short-form video advertisements and UGC-style content on a consistent basis.
• Deliver scripts naturally and conversationally rather than simply reading from a script.
• Record multiple variations of the same concept using different hooks, openings, tones, or calls to action.
• Create different video formats, including:
  • Talking-head videos
  • Walk-and-talk videos
  • Problem/solution videos
  • Educational/explainer videos
  • Testimonial-style content
  • Product/service demonstrations
  • Storytelling-style ads
• Adapt your delivery based on the intended audience and creative direction.
• Maintain a professional but relatable on-camera presence appropriate for U.S. healthcare and business audiences.

Creative Execution

• Work from scripts, concepts, briefs, or talking points provided by the marketing team.
• Suggest improvements to scripts when something sounds unnatural when spoken on camera.
• Help develop different ways to present the same message or advertising concept.
• Record multiple hooks and variations so the marketing team can test different versions.
• Follow creative references and examples while still making the delivery feel authentic.
• Incorporate feedback and quickly re-record or revise content when needed.

Video Production

• Record high-quality video and audio from your home setup.
• Maintain appropriate lighting, framing, background, and sound quality.
• Perform basic short-form video editing when required.
• Add captions, cuts, B-roll, screen recordings, or other simple visual elements when appropriate.
• Organize and submit raw footage and finished content according to the team's workflow.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident, natural, and engaging presence on camera.
• Comfortable recording yourself frequently as part of your regular work.
• Experience creating UGC, TikTok, Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, or similar video content.
• Ability to make scripted content sound conversational and authentic.
• Good understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and keeping viewers engaged.
• Basic understanding of short-form video editing.
• Ability to receive feedback and quickly produce new versions or re-record content.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate environment for recording professional-quality videos.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Paid social media ads
• Meta/Facebook advertising content
• TikTok or Instagram Reels
• CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
• Direct-response advertising
• U.S.-based audiences

You do not need to be a media buyer or paid ads specialist. Your primary responsibility will be creating and performing the content used in our advertisements.

You are successful in this role when you can consistently turn our creative ideas and scripts into high-quality, natural, engaging videos that are ready for advertising.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can produce new video content consistently.
• Looks and sounds comfortable on camera.
• Can deliver the same script in several different ways without making each version feel identical.
• Understands how important the first few seconds of a short-form video are.
• Takes direction well without needing every movement or line explained.
• Can quickly re-record content based on feedback.
• Continually improves their delivery based on which styles and videos perform best.
