Truck Driver Recruiter - CDL Recruiter - Remote 1099 Position

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team as 1099 Independent Contractors.

In this role, you will connect commercial truck drivers (CDL Class A) with high-paying driving opportunities across the nation. You will manage your own schedule, build your pipeline, and earn uncapped commissions for every successful driver placement.

No prior recruiting experience is required—we provide access to our recruiting playbooks, tools, and orientation to get you up and running quickly.

What You Will Do:

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.

What We Look For:

• No prior recruiting experience required—entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management) is a major plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.

Position Details & Pay Structure:

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor. You control your own hours and business operations, but we recommend being consistent for best income potential.
• Compensation: Commission-only per successful hire. Earn $500+ per placement with no cap on total earnings.
• Schedule: Flexible hours. Full-time or part-time capacity available.
