You’ll do

• Consult with clients by phone/email to learn preferences and budgets
  

• Research and build custom itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, insurance)
  

• Book and confirm reservations, manage changes and post-booking support
  

• Keep accurate records and follow supplier policies and timelines
  

• Maintain excellent client communication and deliver timely follow-ups
  

You bring

• Strong customer-service and written/verbal communication skills
  

• Good attention to detail and comfort using booking tools and web platforms
  

• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
  

• A positive, problem-solving attitude; travel experience or certifications a plus
  

• Basic computer skills
