About the Role:
Foodsmart seeks a service-oriented Food Operations Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-growing team on a full-time basis. This role will serve as the primary coordinator of food delivery for members enrolled in our meal-delivery and support programs. Through this role, your expertise in customer support and service excellence will ensure our members experience the highest level of compassion and care.  

We are hiring multiple Food Operations Analysts to join our growing team.

• Provide high-quality customer support to our many existing and future members, from initial inquiry to ongoing program questions
• Utilize existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly address any member order fulfillment issues
• Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to the highest quality standard
• Contribute suggestions to continue optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process
• Ability to support other key needs as defined

• Compassionate about our members, many of whom rely on the food delivered to support them or their loved ones during difficult times
• Detail oriented, ensuring the food orders placed are accurate and timely
• Driven to support our members through quick yet thorough issue resolution
• Adaptable and ready to try new approaches as we onboard new clients and new processes - a willingness to offer and implement even better solutions is always encouraged

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles
• Self-motivated and driven
• Strong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications
• Preferred:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve member issues efficiently
  • Ability to be flexible to shifts in priorities and thrive in autonomous work environments
