Overview

Are you interested in launching a remote career in an exciting, people-focused industry? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Travel Industry Associate. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy learning, communicating with people, and helping clients plan memorable travel experiences.

As a Travel Industry Associate, you'll assist travelers with exploring destinations, comparing vacation options, organizing reservations, and preparing personalized itineraries. You'll support clients planning everything from all-inclusive resort vacations and cruises to family holidays, group travel, destination celebrations, and international adventures.

No prior travel experience is needed. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools necessary to help you build confidence and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to understand their travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise vacations, tours, and travel packages
  • Recommend vacation options based on client preferences and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, transfers, and excursion reservations
  • Help clients navigate available travel options and booking choices
  • Share travel information, supplier promotions, and vacation package details
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms
  • Partner with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm booking information
  • Review itineraries, travel confirmations, and reservation details for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
  • Deliver exceptional service that creates a positive client experience from planning through departure

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
