About the Role

If you love helping teams learn, improve, and do their best work, this Life Sciences role could be a great fit. You’ll support a highly regulated, detail-focused environment where training, compliance, and operational excellence all go hand in hand. From onboarding and SOPs to process optimization and client implementations, you’ll play a big part in helping teams deliver exceptional service. It’s a collaborative role with real impact on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across the Life Sciences Center of Excellence.

You’re Good At

  • Building engaging onboarding, training, and development programs that help people succeed in a structured, compliance-focused environment
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, job aids, process flows, and training resources that keep teams aligned and audit-ready
  • Partnering with operations and account teams to spot training gaps, improve performance, and support smooth client implementations
  • Monitoring data quality, SLA/KPI performance, and compliance trends, then turning insights into practical training or process improvements
  • Managing multiple priorities, solving problems proactively, and staying organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

You Might Also Have

  • Experience in Life Sciences, pharma, clinical, or other highly regulated environments
  • A background in planning corporate meetings, incentives, and/or special events
  • Hands-on experience with Cvent and other operational technology platforms
  • Experience managing outside vendors, sourcing services, and negotiating contracts
  • A bachelor’s degree, CMP certification, or people leadership experience

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Training Specialist  is between $68,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
