We are seeking for unique and experienced Training Consultant - UKG Pro HCM/WFM   to join our team

Supports the training workstream across UKG Pro HCM and WFM client engagements, from discovery through content development, delivery, and post-go-live support. Partners with the engagement's change management and project team to ensure training content reflects confirmed workflows and personas, with opportunity to support broader change management activities as engagement needs require. Primarily focused on training, with responsibilities in change management support and project management as capacity and engagement needs allow.

What You Will Do:

Discovery & Design

  • Conduct training needs discovery and requirements gathering with client stakeholders and SMEs
  • Design role/persona-based curriculum structures aligned to confirmed impacted groups
  • Recommend and maintain UKG University curriculum assignments for client University Administrators; support reporting to ensure completion at key stages of the project
  • Coordinate with Improv project team to stay up-to-date on potential training impacts as the engagement progresses
  • Develop course outlines and scripts; facilitate client review cycles and incorporate feedback into content updates

Content Development

  • Build web-based training (WBT/eLearning) in Evolve and/or Articulate
  • Develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and facilitator guides
  • Build Train-the-Trainer content
  • Create job aids, user guides, quick reference guides, and other training materials as needed
  • Develop knowledge checks and pre/post-training assessments
  • Produce recorded demo videos and process/workflow documentation

Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions for employee and manager (or similar) personas
  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Facilitate UKG University administrator training assignments for client teams, or training for client-side Administrators
  • Host office hours for client teams, including Train-the-Trainer attendees and people leaders during defined support periods
  • Support Change Champion program training components through content and facilitation

Change Management Support

  • Support execution of change management activities as needed, at the direction of the engagement's change management lead
  • Contribute training-related input to change and training plan documents
  • Support Change Champion/change agent network programs through coordination and office hours
  • Assist with adoption tracking tied to training completion and effectiveness

Communications & Surveying (as applicable per engagement)

  • Draft and distribute training-related communications, including enrollment notices, calendars, and reminders
  • Design and administer training surveys, including readiness, effectiveness, and pulse checks

Environment & Functional Coordination

  • Stage training/demo/non-production environments for content development and facilitation
  • Validate system functionality and configured workflows with the project team and client teams to ensure training content accuracy
  • Coordinate with client SMEs to confirm content accuracy against live configuration

Administration & Reporting

  • Manage course upload, enrollment, and completion tracking support (as needed)
  • Own training completion, assessment, and effectiveness reporting to engagement leads and client stakeholders
  • Maintain training content library; support content refresh

Program and Work Management

  • Craft and communicate project blueprints, defining work plans, scope, timelines, and resourcing to keep everyone on track.
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by managing projects with our proven methodology while suggesting improvements to boost speed and consistency.
  • Stay ahead of risks with proactive management strategies to identify, mitigate, and minimize potential challenges.
  • Champion clear communication by setting realistic customer expectations and adapting plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Effectively manage project changes by balancing scope, schedule, and costs while keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Ensure excellence in deliverables by enforcing quality standards that exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date project documentation and stay on top of key details, including task statuses, time tracking, and supporting materials.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management tools, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with project team members both internally and externally, aligning on shared goals to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Be the voice of progress by clearly communicating project updates, risks, and options to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Certified in Pro WFM and/or Pro HCM and/or Pro Project Management
  • 1-2+ years designing and delivering end-user training, ideally within HCM/WFM systems, and ideally within UKG Pro (HCM and/or WFM)
  • Strong facilitation and consultation skills across live and virtual formats with clients
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Healthcare background or experience working with healthcare clients a plus
  • Experience with Evolve or Articulate360 for web-based training development a plus, or other similar content creation platform
  • Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management methodology a plus
  • LMS administration experience a plus
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in Mexico without current or future visa sponsorship
