Job Description:

The Trainer Assistant supports learning initiatives by supporting established training modules, facilitating onboarding sessions, and assisting in the creation of basic instructional materials. This role ensures employees understand core fintech processes, tools, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials for trainers and customers (slide decks, training docs, etc..).

  • Assist trainers with instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person) based on provided curriculum.

  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires across various departments.

  • Support senior trainers in developing and updating training content and job aids.

  • Conduct basic assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.

  • Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees needing additional guidance.

  • Maintain training records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Assist with logistics such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.

  • Gather learner feedback and report improvement suggestions.

  • Will assist with hosting of live, virtual events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service or operations in banking, or related fintech roles.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong MS Office skills (creating slide decks, training materials, etc...)

  • Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments, compliance basics, KYC, or customer operations.

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.

  • Preferred: Experience with LMS tools, e-learning platforms, or workflow systems.
