The Role:

Owns the day-to-day social commerce strategy and client relationship for a portfolio of client accounts: communication, success, and satisfaction. Delivers commercial reporting, works with the TTS Lead on client-level strategy, and acts as agency lead to TikTok per client, aligning on category strategy. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. Perfect for someone who lives and breathes eCommerce and TikTok.

Requirements

Client relationship management

• Single point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Weekly report authorship and delivery
• Monthly Deep Dive authorship and delivery (Growth-tier and above)
• Coordinate cross-department input into client deliverables (Affiliate, Commercial Ops, GMV Max)

TikTok Shop Setup & Management

• Launch and maintain TikTok Shops for multiple brand clients.
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory sync, promotions, and monthly Shop strategies.
• Co-ordinate with client teams for continued shop growth opportunities and strategic evolvement.

Sales & Campaign Strategy

• Shape sales strategy for the account: promotions, product drops, and shop-led campaigns, working with Commercial Ops and Creative.
• Analyse performance metrics to diagnose conversion and engagement bottlenecks, and translate findings into next-step actions.
• Align shop strategy with paid and creative teams to ensure one coherent account strategy, not siloed initiatives.

Commercial reporting

• Weekly performance snapshot per client
• Monthly Deep Dive presentation (Growth-tier and above)
• Contribute to QBR preparation (Senior Strategist + TTS Lead own QBR delivery)
• Forecast-vs-actual tracking against the onboarding P&L per client

Platform representation

• Act as agency lead to TikTok per client: aligning on category strategy, escalation handling, and platform-level opportunities (SKM eligibility, Traffic Boosting deployment, beta access)
• Coordinate with Commercial Ops Lead on platform-level incentives

Category strategy

• Represent the client's category context in cross-functional discussions
• Feed category-level trends into affiliate briefs, GMV Max asset selection, and commercial planning

Affiliate Strategy (Supporting)

• Partner with the account's Affiliate Manager to ensure the affiliate programme's messaging, briefs, and creator communication stay consistent with client strategy and brand voice.
• Sense-check affiliate performance data with the Affiliate Manager and flag where strategic adjustments are needed.
• Ensure affiliate-facing reporting reflects the wider account strategy and ties back to commercial goals.

(Day-to-day affiliate management, creator outreach, and sample requests sit with the Affiliate Manager)

Ideal background

• 1-3 years’ agency account management or DTC operator experience.
• Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, or other eComm platforms.
• Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social. 
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features. 
• Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools. 
• Numbers-literate : can read a P&L and explain variance clearly.
• Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/influencer programs.
• Excellent written communication.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent client relationships.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills. 
• Startup or agency background is a big plus.
• Comfortable interpreting affiliate and attribution data (e.g. Cruva, Triple Whale) to diagnose what's actually driving performance, not just what correlates with it
• Understanding of affiliate-first growth models: building creator and affiliate momentum before layering in paid amplification
• Familiarity with GMV Max or equivalent paid amplification tools, used to scale proven signal rather than create it
• Analytical mindset: able to move from a data point to a clear recommendation, not just a report
