Step into the fast-paced world of TikTok advertising as part of our regional support team. As a TikTok Support Intern, you'll be at the operational heart of our Latin American business — managing end-to-end processes in Salesforce, resolving advertiser issues, and working hand-in-hand with commercial teams across multiple countries. This is a role for someone who's comfortable navigating complexity, communicating across all levels of an organization, and making things happen.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full Salesforce lifecycle for assigned internal accounts, all the way to monthly consumption closing.

  • Process balance top-up requests across TikTok Business Centers accurately and on time.

  • Investigate and resolve ad rejection and account suspension cases, ensuring advertisers get back up and running quickly.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders across different markets and functions, adapting your communication style to fit every audience.

  • Contribute to the identification, improvement, and automation of internal team processes.


What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Digital Business, or a related field.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Confident working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).

  • A strong communicator who thrives in team environments and stays calm under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable — you take initiative and run with it.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision in every task.
