Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to discuss upcoming trips and understand what they want from their vacation
  • Gather information about destinations, travel dates, budgets, interests, accommodations, and activity preferences
  • Research hotels, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and other vacation services
  • Compare available travel choices and identify options that meet individual client requirements
  • Present information in a clear and organized way to help travelers evaluate their choices
  • Coordinate approved travel services using designated supplier and reservation resources
  • Bring individual reservation components together into organized vacation plans
  • Provide travelers with booking information, confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and applicable documentation
  • Monitor important planning dates and follow up regarding outstanding information or decisions
  • Communicate with clients as their trip approaches to answer questions and provide relevant updates
  • Assist with routine reservation revisions, cancellations, schedule adjustments, and special requests
  • Review traveler information and reservation details for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain current records of client requests, conversations, preferences, and trip arrangements
  • Use company resources and supplier information to assist with client questions
  • Participate in virtual training and destination education to continue developing travel knowledge
