We need a hands-on Revenue Operator to drive creator/affiliate revenue through proactive outreach, deal brokering, and content management. This role offloads tactical work from expensive US resources, enabling cost savings and a true 24/7 operational cycle leveraging Philippines marketplace expertise (e.g., Lazada/Shopee familiarity is a plus).


Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive creator outreach and deal brokering using client’s licensed tool (starts with “E” – e.g., Euka or similar) to recruit, negotiate, and onboard affiliates/creators.
  • Manage end-to-end creator relationships, including sample coordination, performance tracking, and retention.
  • Develop and execute content strategy, including human-created and AI-driven content, plus marketing boosts to drive sales.
  • Monitor and optimize TikTok Shop performance (listings, promotions, affiliate programs) to maximize GMV/revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, content calendars, and performance reporting.
  • Support additional marketplaces (e.g., Rakuten) as needed for broader revenue growth.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, deals, and results for QBRs and strategy reviews.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in TikTok Shop management, creator/affiliate marketing, or marketplace revenue operations (TikTok Shop or similar platforms like Shopee/Lazada strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in creator outreach, deal brokering, and affiliate program management.
  • Strong content strategy skills – experience with human + AI-generated content and paid boosts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (English fluency required; additional languages a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and report insights.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced e-commerce environments with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketplace tools, analytics dashboards, and creator management platforms.
  • Philippines-based with reliable internet and ability to support 24/7 cycle alignment (overlap with US hours).
  • Bonus: Experience with global marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Rakuten) or prior BPO/remote work for US clients.
