Tier 1 Inbound Sales Representative WFH MEXICO

We are currently seeking Tier 1, entry-level Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, agents will handle inbound calls from prospective learners who are interested in enrolling in or learning more about available programs. Responsibilities include guiding callers through the enrollment process and, in some cases, collecting payments. (ONLY MEXICO)

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, consultative approach, with strong communication skills and an upbeat, personable attitude. A background in customer service and sales is highly preferred.

Training Schedule:

Training will begin on May 18 and will run for a period of three weeks, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:06 PM MST.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST

Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST

Work Schedule:

• Daily shifts of 9.6 hours
• Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off:
• Week 1: Saturday and Sunday off
• Week 2: One day off on the weekend and one day off during the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales and customer service calls
• Assist customers with program information and enrollment
• Provide callback options when requested
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience
