JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Temporary HR Solution Center Specialist I serves as a primary contact for HR-related matters advising leaders and employees on a variety of cases that come to the HR Service Center via telephone, email, or website inquiry. Responds to Tier 1 level issues related to benefits, leaves, retirement, compensation, and talent acquisition.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.
EXPERIENCE:
One or more years of experience in Human Resources preferred. One or more years of experience in Absence Management, Workers’ Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits, or Compensation preferred. Experience working closely with internal stakeholders. Exceptional customer service experience required.
