Job Description

Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos Transact (T24) applications, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents within agreed SLAs. Support system monitoring, root cause analysis, deployments, and critical business processes while working closely with business users, consultants, infrastructure teams, and Temenos support teams. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos Transact (T24) applications. 
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs. 
  • Analyze application logs, OFS messages, batch jobs, interfaces, and system issues. 
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures. 
  • Support end-of-day (EOD), end-of-month (EOM), and end-of-year (EOY) activities. 
  • Monitor system health, interfaces, and critical business processes. 
  • Work closely with business users, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and Temenos support teams to resolve issues. 
  • Develop and deploy fixes, patches, and enhancements as required. 
  • Participate in release management, deployments, and production change activities. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge base articles. 
  • Ensure compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes. 

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Temenos Transact (T24) technical development and support. 
  • Good knowledge of InfoBasic, TAFJ/TAFC, jBASE, and Temenos architecture. 
  • Experience working with OFS, APIs, local developments, and integration frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of Transact core modules such as Customer, Accounts, Funds Transfer (FT), Teller, Deposits, Loans, AA, etc. 
  • Hands-on experience in debugging production issues and log analysis. 
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. 
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. 
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and problem management.
