Telesales Representative

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Representative for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
• Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience
• Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
