About the Role

We are looking for a Telecom NOC Engineer to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will monitor network performance, manage incidents, coordinate with technical teams, and help maintain the availability and quality of telecom services. You will work closely with engineers, customers, and partners to ensure operational excellence and timely issue resolution.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in telecom, ISP, or network operations who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network health, alarms, and service availability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network incidents according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Track incidents through to resolution while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide professional technical support in English.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

  • Network Operations Center (NOC)

  • Telecom Operations

  • ISP Operations

  • Service Assurance

  • Network Monitoring

  • Technical Network Support

Technical Skills

Experience with several of the following is preferred:

  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Routing & Switching
  • DNS & DHCP
  • VPN Technologies
  • Firewalls
  • Network Monitoring Tools
  • Ticketing Systems
  • Incident Management
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Root Cause Analysis

Experience with LTE, 4G, 5G, or telecom OSS/NMS platforms is considered a strong advantage.

Languages

  • Professional written and spoken English.

Availability

  • Available to work full-time in a remote environment.
  • Able to join immediately or within a reasonable notice period.
