As a Remote Full-Stack Technical Interviewer, you’ll play a critical role in the architectural vetting of software engineers and IT professionals. You won't just scan resumes—you’ll be the primary technical lead conducting pair programming challenges and evaluating production-ready code to ensure our clients hire only the elite.

  • Independent: You thrive as an Independent Contractor (managing your own taxes and equipment).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Technical Vetting: Conducting pair programming challenges and technical assessments to ensure clean, efficient code.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier software engineers and IT specialists.
  • Pre-Screening: Leading interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Collaboration: Working with hiring managers and tech leads to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing candidate communication and coordinating interviews for a seamless experience.
  • Reporting: Providing direct updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Work Setup & Culture
  • Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home).
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM UTC.
