About Broadway Ventures and Project Argos

Broadway Ventures, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone federal contractor headquartered in Vicksburg, Mississippi, with operations in the Madison/Huntsville, Alabama area.

Project Argos is an agentic AI proof of concept for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). The pipeline pulls published API endpoint data for roughly 290 certified health IT products from the Certified Health IT Product List (CHPL), tests those endpoints on a repeatable schedule, and builds reproducible evidence cases for compliance gaps under 45 CFR Part 170. It runs in a contractor-hosted AWS GovCloud environment, and a qualified human reviews every finding before it becomes a confirmed issue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, keeping day-to-day project status visible.
  • Run the Agile delivery cadence: two-week sprint planning, backlog refinement, and a rolling three-month planning horizon, keeping longer-range targets directional and refining them with the COR as priorities change.
  • Maintain the RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency tracking, escalating under the defined decision rights.
  • Prepare written agendas and meeting minutes for project meetings with the Government team.
  • Maintain the Jira backlog and sprint views as the authoritative, COR-visible record of project status.
  • Support change and scope management, monthly status report content, and ongoing knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Work daily with the Technical Lead, AI/Engineering Lead, Senior Systems Engineer, and Application Developer to keep sprint commitments realistic and traceable to contract tasks and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience on software or IT delivery, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager running two-week sprints: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • 2+ years managing day-to-day delivery on a government contract: deliverable tracking, status reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on Jira administration and configuration for sprint boards, backlogs, and reporting, beyond end-user familiarity.
  • Strong writing for a federal technical audience, including agendas, minutes, and status narratives.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), or PMP/PgMP
  • Prior experience on a federal health IT or interoperability contract
  • Familiarity with Confluence for living project documentation

Training Provided After Start

  • FHIR and certified health IT program content, plus ONC regulatory and policy context, are taught on the job.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery skill must already be in hand.
