Technical Program Manager – SAP Signavio

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SAP Signavio to lead enterprise process transformation initiatives within our clients’ ecosystem. The role will bridge business process transformation, SAP Signavio, Google Cloud technologies, data/analytics, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex transformation programs, working with business and engineering stakeholders, and using SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to discover, model, analyze, optimize, and govern enterprise processes.

Qualifications for success:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Process Transformation, Enterprise Transformation, or related roles.
• Experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
• Experience with Process Manager, Process Intelligence/Process Mining, Collaboration Hub, and Process Governance.
• BPMN 2.0, process modeling, process mining, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Process-mining data concepts including event logs, case IDs, activities, timestamps, process variants, conformance, and performance metrics.
• Experience working with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems and integrating multiple data sources for process analysis. SAP describes Process Intelligence as supporting both SAP and non-SAP data sources and process analysis.
• Program governance capabilities including roadmap management, dependency management, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical/process findings into clear business recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Signavio certification or significant implementation experience.
• Experience building process intelligence and operational analytics solutions using BigQuery and Looker.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ERP transformation, or enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, operational excellence, automation, or continuous-improvement programs.
• Experience operating in a large-scale Google or similar technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Signavio programs, including discovery, process assessment, modeling, process mining, optimization, governance, implementation, and adoption.
• Partner with the business, engineering, operations, analytics, and product stakeholders to identify high-value process transformation opportunities.
• Drive process discovery and As-Is / To-Be process design, including BPMN-based process modeling, process standardization, bottleneck identification, and improvement roadmaps.
• Lead implementation and adoption of capabilities across SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Collaboration Hub, and Process Governance.
• Establish program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, governance mechanisms, executive reporting, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate execution across engineering, data, SAP, cloud, and business teams.
• Drive process mining and data-driven process intelligence, identifying process variants, bottlenecks, cycle-time issues, compliance gaps, automation opportunities, and root causes.
• Coordinate integration of SAP Signavio with enterprise data sources and the Google Cloud ecosystem, particularly BigQuery, APIs, data pipelines, and analytical platforms. SAP Signavio Process Intelligence provides a Google BigQuery connector for extracting process data from GCP environments.
• Define KPIs and PPIs to measure process efficiency, SLA performance, quality, compliance, automation potential, and business value realization.
• Work with technical teams to establish reliable event logs, process datasets, data models, and data-quality controls required for process intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to apply Gemini/GenAI, automation, and intelligent agents to process discovery, analysis, recommendations, knowledge management, and operational workflows.
• Build executive-level dashboards and transformation readouts highlighting process performance, business impact, risks, opportunities, and improvement progress.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across global teams and facilitate workshops with business SMEs, process owners, architects, engineers, and leadership.
• Establish reusable process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and transformation accelerators across multiple business functions.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring delivery quality, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
