AI Summary

The Technical Product Owner will manage the product backlog, roadmap, and release cycles for the Brello and HelloWellness patient platforms. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful platform migrations and feature rollouts.

Company Overview
Allia Health Group (AHG) is a multi-entity healthcare organization spanning the Brello patient platform, HelloWellness patient care, Southend Pharmacy (SEP), and Zito Care. At Allia Health Group, we don’t just follow industry trends—we redefine them. Our mission is to commoditize anti-aging solutions, making them affordable and accessible to the average consumer—not just the wealthy. By offering customized and cost-effective wellness products that follow cost-containment models, we aim to improve people’s quality of life and meet them wherever they are on their health journey.

Our product team builds the technology that connects patients, providers, and pharmacy operations across the group — from patient-facing mobile and web experiences to internal platforms that power daily operations. We're a small, high-ownership team where your work ships quickly and reaches real patients.

Job Summary
Allia Health Group
is seeking a Technical Product Owner to fully own Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform — our flagship patient-facing products, currently mid-way through a major platform migration. You'll take over day-to-day product ownership from the Head of Product and run it end to end backlog, requirements, releases, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role sits alongside a peer TPO who owns our other product lines. You'll be the person engineering, design, and business stakeholders go to for everything about the patient platform — so we're looking for someone who can hold full context, make calls, and communicate them clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog and roadmap execution for Brello and the HW Patient Platform, including the ongoing migration of patients to the new experience
  • Write clear, technically-grounded requirements and acceptance criteria; work daily with engineering on scoping, trade-offs, and sequencing
  • Own release management for your products: QA gates, release readiness, defect triage, and post-release follow-through
  • Run stakeholder communication across business, clinical, and operations teams — including customer-facing change comms for migration and feature rollouts
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to prioritize, and bring a point of view on what to build next.
  • Flag risks early and escalate with proposed solutions, not just problems

 What We Require

  • 4+ years as a product owner, technical product manager, or similar role owning a live software product end to end
  • Strong technical fluency: you can read API docs, discuss architecture trade-offs with engineers, and write requirements developers trust
  • Experience owning releases in production environments — QA coordination, defect management, and rollout planning
  • Excellent written communication for both technical and executive audiences
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a remote, fast-moving team

Preferred Requirement

  • Experience with patient-facing or consumer health products, or other regulated-industry software
  • Experience managing platform migrations or re-platforming efforts
  • Familiarity with subscription/membership products and mobile app release cycles

What We Offer

  • Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Flex days, holidays, and more!
