Technical Product Manager @Splyt
About Splyt
Splyt is the leading global network for mobility and lifestyle services. Our technology integrates ridehailing, airport transfers, micromobility and public transport into our partners’ platforms, so they can unlock the world for their customers. Splyt has a remote working environment with colleagues based in Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and Europe - but we feel at home anywhere. Our amazing partners are the largest in the business, with over 2 billion users in total, and we are constantly expanding our footprint beyond the 150 countries we already cover.
The role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help scale and strengthen our partner integrations and drive the evolution of our platform. You’ll play a key role in managing and supporting both existing partnerships and new product initiatives — with a strong focus on API-based solutions. You’ll be part of the Product team and work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Partner Support. This role will suit someone who’s not just product-savvy but also technically confident, and who enjoys working at the intersection of business, tech, and customer needs. This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you’ll be doing
Own the product lifecycle for key integrations with our partners — from planning to launch and ongoing improvements.
Proactively manage relationships with existing partners to ensure their success and continued growth on the Splyt platform.
Act as a technical consultant for our partners and product managers.
Help BD to close deals through supporting them from a technical point of view during sales pitch.
Collaborate closely with new prospects (both signed and in the pipeline) to understand requirements and guide them through technical onboarding.
Translate partner and business needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver them.
Support the rollout of new product features and initiatives that enhance the partner and user experience.
Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial, operations, support) and external partners to align on timelines, goals, and priorities.
Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and pain points through market insights and partner feedback.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications & Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a B2B or platform-based environment.
Hands-on experience managing technical/API-driven products and integrations.
Comfortable working directly with APIs — including testing endpoints using tools like cURL or Postman — and familiar with common integration patterns.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you’re just as comfortable in a technical discussion as you are in a business meeting.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships at once, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with distributed teams.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and common integration patterns (you don’t need to code, but you should be fluent in “developer speak”).
Skills & Competencies
Technical aptitude – ability to understand and engage in technical conversations, especially around APIs, architecture, and data flow.
Product thinking – strong intuition for great user experiences and product-market fit, with an ability to turn problems into solutions.
Excellent communication – can clearly articulate product ideas, requirements, and decisions across diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
Stakeholder management – confident working with internal teams (engineering, ops, commercial) and external partners to drive alignment and delivery.
Project management – organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving complex projects forward while managing timelines and expectations.
Adaptability – thrives in ambiguity and is quick to pivot when priorities change.
Analytical mindset – uses data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and track product performance.
Customer-centricity – deeply empathetic towards users and partners, always seeking to improve their experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in mobility, travel, or marketplace platforms, with an understanding of their unique challenges and dynamics.
Experience in leveraging analytics and data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
Proficiency in written and spoken Business Chinese for effective communication with regional technical stakeholders.
What we can offer you:
