AutoLeap's Marketing Services (DMS) team runs PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LSA etc.), SEO, Content, Social, Website programs for hundreds of auto repair shop clients. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own technical delivery across the PPC and SEO teams, leading both disciplines day-to-day and building a team environment based on accountability. This is a hands-on leadership role covering both people management and delivery outcomes across a large, growing portfolio of accounts.

About AutoLeap
AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage, and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

In 2023, we announced our $30m Series B led by Advanced Venture Partners (AVP) and aren’t slowing down. Our mission is to change the auto repair industry one shop at a time, helping shop owners get home to their families earlier and helping them build long-lasting healthy businesses to pass on to future generations. We will be the de facto choice for all shop owners looking to grow and improve their businesses with your help!

As a Technical Marketing Manager you will own the:

  • Team: manage the PPC Team and SEO Team day-to-day workload, performance, goals and be accountable for outcomes across a large portfolio of client accounts.
  • Cadence: run regular 1:1s, weekly team check-ins, and client facing touchpoints so every account gets consistent attention.
  • Process/Automation: continuously look for ways to reduce manual work through better workflows, reporting, and automation, including the use of AI tools
  • Cross-functional Coordination: work alongside the Onboarding, Web and Social Team on shared accounts and client needs.
  • Reporting: keep team performance and account health tracked and reported on a regular cadence.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on, working experience in both PPC and SEO, someone who can go deep on either side.
  • 2+ years leading or managing a team, ideally in an agency, in-house local marketing services, or multi-account environment.
  • To be Comfortable working with call tracking tools, local SEO management platforms (e.g. BrightLocal), and PPC management tools.
  • To be Comfortable using AI tools as part of the regular workflow for reporting, content, or process efficiency.
  • To be Someone who instinctively looks to systemize and automate repetitive work rather than absorb it.
  • To be someone with local services ads, small businesses, or SaaS marketing experience.
  • To Have a Positive, can-do attitude and brings energy to the table.
  • To have Collaborative mindset: works well across PPC, SEO, onboarding, and web, not just within your own lane.
  • To be Hands-on with strong attention to detail, comfortable in the weeds when it matters.
  • Growth-at-all-cost focus: always looking for the next lever to pull for clients and for the team, never settling for “good enough.”

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing a team from the ground up.
  • Location/Time Zone: Candidates must be able to consistently work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What Success in this role looks like:

  • Growth in the number of accounts managed, high client satisfaction, and improved retention.
  • Reporting and account management increasingly automated, less time on manual work, more time on strategy and clients.
  • A regular meeting and check-in cadence running across the team, with strong client relationships as a result.
