Compensation: $2,000 USD/month

Time Commitment: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Working Hours: 8:55am–5:00pm EST (or longer as required to get the work done)

English Mastery Notice: Native-sounding and command of spoken English (and, of course, written English, as this is a role involving writing) is imperative in this role to interact with your U.S. counterparts. Please don’t apply if you do not have this skillset. Additionally, having managed ads in the U.S. market, and having that understanding will be critical, as well.

Are you obsessive about accuracy, pacing, and execution?

Do you take pride in campaigns running cleanly, on budget, and exactly as intended?

Do you feel fulfilled when complex systems work because you built them correctly?

Final question: when faced with a challenge, do you get excited or run away?

If that sounds like you, you may be the perfect fit for our Paid Ads Manager role.

At Crisp, we're on a mission to help 10,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10,000,000 over the next 10 years, creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry.

This is a non-client-facing, execution-heavy role that requires extreme attention to detail, comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and the discipline to follow structured internal processes with zero margin for preventable error.

Why Our Work Matters:

Lawyers go to law school to learn how to practice law, but law school doesn’t teach them how to run a business. In a world where the best cases often go to the best marketers, legal expertise alone isn’t enough.

That’s where Crisp comes in.

We partner with committed, growth-minded law firms that care deeply about their teams, clients, and communities. Often, it’s a David vs. Goliath scenario, where the most dedicated attorneys lack the resources of their larger competitors.

Our work levels the playing field by giving law firms access to world-class marketing execution that helps them stand out, build authority, and grow sustainably.
